Our homes feature state-of-the-art systems, such as whole-home, two-stage air purification, dehumidification, and efficient fresh air intake systems (ERVs), which create a balanced and healthy living environment.
We install whole-house water filtration systems with a dedicated fluoride filter so you can cook, bathe, and wash with no contamination. For drinking water, our homes come with a remineralizing reverse osmosis system. We install copper water lines from this system to the water tap to ensure your drinking water is free from microplastics.

We use VOC-free/carcinogen-free finishes, organic wool carpets, and hemp carpet pads throughout our homes. Experience the healing properties of low-EMF infrared saunas thoughtfully integrated into your floor plan. We use mineral paint that is tinted with iron, cobalt, and titanium dioxide. Through careful building science practices, we prevent mold from growing in crawl spaces, ductwork, and wall cavities.
